Most software projects do not fail on technology. They fail because the thing that gets built is not the thing the business actually needed, and nobody notices until it is expensive to change.
We work to avoid that. Engagements start with a short discovery phase where we map the business process, agree what success looks like in measurable terms, and identify the riskiest assumption. That assumption gets built first.
What we build
- Business platforms. The systems a company runs on: back-office tooling, operations dashboards, workflow and approval engines, reporting.
- Customer-facing applications. Portals, self-service tools, booking and account management.
- Integrations. Connecting systems that were never designed to talk to each other, usually with a payment provider, ERP or regulator at one end.
- Replatforming. Moving a working but ageing system onto something maintainable, without a big-bang rewrite.
How it runs
Two-week sprints, a working increment at the end of each one, and a demo you can actually click. Code review on every change, automated tests around the parts that carry risk, and a staging environment that mirrors production.
You get access to the repository and the board from day one. There is no phase where work happens somewhere you cannot see it.
Starting from an MVP
If you are validating an idea, we will say so when the smallest useful version is smaller than what you asked for. Shipping a narrow product to real users in eight weeks tells you more than six months of specification.
